The Order Sheet is built by restaurant operators in Connecticut who check prices across multiple distributors every week and wanted one free place to see what is actually moving.

Big chains have procurement teams and paid market data. Independent pizza shops, cafés and dessert shops mostly have a rep's word and last week's invoice. This site puts public USDA and BLS numbers in plain language, organized the way an order guide is.

We don't sell food and we don't publish distributor quotes. The site is supported by clearly labeled sponsors.
